Refund Policy

At Infinity Links Notary, we strive to provide accurate, prompt, and professional notary services. Due to the nature of notarial acts, there are certain limitations to refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully:

 

Non-Refundable Services

Notarization services are non-refundable once:

    •    A notarial act has been completed (i.e., the document has been signed and stamped).

    •    The signer has signed and acknowledged the document in the presence of the notary.

This is in accordance with state notary laws, which prohibit altering or undoing a completed notarization.​

 

Cancellations and No-Shows

    •    Client Cancellation (With Notice):

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

    •    Client No-Show or Late Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours):

A $25 cancellation fee (or full travel fee, if a mobile notary) may be withheld. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.

    •    Notary Unable to Perform Service (Our Fault):

If we are unable to perform the notarization due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

 

Unsatisfactory Service

If you are not satisfied with the service for a valid reason (e.g., unprofessional conduct, appointment not honored), please contact us within 3 business days of the appointment. We will review the case and may offer a partial or full refund, or a complimentary re-appointment depending on the situation.
